a) you would fight blacklist hunters
b) you wouldn't have to take the hunter exam, you could steal stuff
c) you would still have to learn nen.

Criminals don't have to be evil. People with kleptomania aren't trying to hurt anyone, they just have to steal, and if people get hurt, they may be sorry.

well... ill discuss it further when my character is done, from what im thinking, ill do tramsutation with 2ndary enhancement, so my punches are "explosive" KAZAAAM! >.>

That's good but please use these terms instead. Transmutation= transformation, Enhancement= Reinforcement.
