Equipment:His murder book (A book of all contacts and potential targets), his families mirror of communication(Its a phone with a big screen), double blades, ointment for cuts and bruises as well as some cooking utensils(Pots frying pans and all that)

A young boy with a light cream skin color, he has jet black hair and is at least 5'1. He wears a White dress shirt inside but outside he wears a black coat in which he uses when he is cold. His weight is also at a medium but he has some well developed muscles which are neither too big nor too small.
Clothing: A black coat with long pants and a white shirt inside his coat, his bag pack onhis back and his double katana on his back as well

Personality:Nikolas is usually a very solemn person and has no problem with butchering mass numbers of people. He often talks about death.However, Nikolas never kills unless he is under a direct request too by his clients, otherwise he would never kill innocent bystanders, however, he will butcher enemies he had been ordered to kill. Nikolas believes only the strong has the right to speak, he prefers the company of women due to the lack of female companionship in his life. He is sadistic while fighting and very dangerous as well
Dislikes:show offs, vegetables , positive people, and as well as people who kill innocents
Outlook: pessimist and oppurtunist

History: Nikolas grew up into one of the most famous yet smallest assassination family's ever. His father was quite a successful assassin along with his uncles and aunt and also his brother. On the mothers side of the family however, they were pretty normal, his mother was a doctor who , while knows about the killing and business, does not question it, simply because she appreciates the traditions. Nikolas wanted to be an assassin, and his father trained him since young . His father trained him to use weapons, think strategically and rationally and also always follow orders and execute with perfection. When Nikolas turned 14 his father decided to place him in the test of acceptance which would finally make him a full member of the family, the test involves Nikolas surviving for one night against all his family members trying to attack and kill him, Nikolas survived barely. Nikolas since then went to two missions, both with success and brutality. Nikolas however was reported to have been completely non discreet in his assassinations, that has caused scolding from his father, his brother on the other hand is a very popular assassin and has been away on travel during most of his life.

Conditions: The feather must be placed on the victims body or clothing.
It does not effect other nen users.
The proximity in which the ability is used cannot be too far apart, the user must be close to the victim.

Hmm.....Finding out everything about a character's personality seems like a supernatural "WTF" power, plus it removes most of the things that happen while RPing. Synchronizing thoughts with most anyone also seems a little.....TOO out there.

Knowing every aspect of a person personality from looking at the is basicaly telepathy... Since none of the items he has are abnormal that's fine but he will need a three line phisical apperance description

actually, he will be able to tell about the persons habits , tendencies and behavior patterns, not a direct telepathy, its some thing sherlock holmes has, based on observation.

Isn't that what RPing interactions is for? =_=
